Spark Cardio Tennis is a tennis workout program for adults that caters to all fitness levels and combines a variety of cardio workouts, ranging from fun tennis drills while listening to high-energy musical soundtracks. We host 4-5 classes a week with a maximum of 10 students per session.

The Mini Spark program is a preschool program with the main objective of being ‘Fun’.
The Bright Spark program will teach the technical aspects of grips and swing shapes.

The Elite Spark program’s technical, tactical and physical criteria are all individually-based and is a completely tailored program to meet the needs of the student.
