1. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
You will receive an invoice at the beginning of the term. Full payment is required by the due date set on the invoice. Late payments will incur a $15.00 administration fee.
In the event of financial difficulty, please call Mario to discuss your circumstances so that an arrangement can be mediated. If payment is not made on time and no arrangements have been made, Spark Tennis reserves the right to remove you/your child from the class list and no participation will be allowed until the fees are settled.
Please be aware that no refunds will be given for absences at group or private lessons once you have confirmed your spot for the term.
2. WEATHER
Wash-out Policy: In the event of a washout (heavy rain) you will receive an SMS text message informing you of the washout. If you do not receive a SMS text message, the lesson will go ahead as usual. Alternatively, if you are unsure you are welcome to text 0466-227-958 to confirm.
Heat-out Policy: In the event of extreme heat (37 degrees and above), you will receive an SMS text message informing you of the heat-out. If you do not receive a SMS text message, the lesson will go ahead as usual. Note: Private or semi-private
lessons, particularly for older students, may continue even if the temperature is 37 degrees or hotter. As always, if you do not hear from us, assume the lesson is on as usual. Again, if you are unsure you are welcome to text 0466-227-958 to confirm.
3. MAKE-UP LESSON(S)
i. Make-up lessons are available to all students who have given appropriate notification of their absence from their scheduled lesson. These make-up lessons however, are subject to the availability of the coaches and and may be scheduled outside of your normal class and time-slot (including school holidays).
A minimum of 8 hours must be given for a cancellation of a group/squad tennis lesson
A minimum of 24 hours must be given for a cancellation of a private/semi- private lesson.
In the event that no notification is given, no make up lesson will be offered.
iv. All make-up lessons must be completed within the term of the missed lessons and will not be transferred to another student. Make-up lessons may only be carried over to the holidays or the following term under special circumstances at the discretion of the Spark Tennis and where reasonable effort has been made to schedule them in the current term.
4. TO CANCEL A LESSON
i. To advise of an expected absence, please contact our team on 0466-227-958 (8 hours for group/squad lessons and 24 hours for private/semi-private lessons respectively). Exceptions
will be considered under special circumstances.
5. ORGANISING MAKE-UP LESSON(S)
i. Please contact our team on 0466-227-958 or info@sparktennis.com.au to organise a make-up lesson. Do not leave your make-up lesson to the last week of term as we cannot guarantee that a spot will be available due to full classes. In all instances, make-up lessons should be completed as soon as possible after the missed lesson.
6. CANCELLING YOUR ENROLMENT
i. If you wish to cancel your enrolment, this can only be done at the end of the term. If you wish you to cancel your enrolment during the term, there is no refund for remaining lessons. Please ensure you contact our team before the invoices for the follow
